We have added the most automatic equipment to this product line. We have a Komax Gama 333 automatic wire cutting and terminating machine. The Komax Gama can cut a wire of 6mm length and terminate both sides at a rate of 3,600 per hour with both sides being crimp height monitored. We have also added automatic wire cutting and stripping machines capable of cutting 8 awg to 30 awg wire at a minimum length of 3/16 of an inch and stripping a 1/16" on both ends. We have Schleuniger's US2015's and US2500's for wire stripping and JS8300 for jacket stripping. We have a Panduit automatic cable tie gun and over 50 AMP and Molex applicators. |
